IMARA FOUNDATION Is the Non Governmental Organization and it does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, origin, disability, creed, political belief, religion or human immune – deficiency virus (HIV) status.
IMARA FOUNDATION prepared an exercise to evaluate the performance of work involving different people from different cadre to provide feedback, advice and their views about the organization to more effectively next year. Some of the participants were Pastors from Kanisa la Mennonite Tanzania, Government officers, MCC staffs, IMARA staffs and Beneficiaries from the program.

The main aims of the workshop were:
It aims at giving all the people involved and affected by the partnership an opportunity to say what they think the partnership has accomplished or not accomplished during the past year.
The workshop will end by putting down suggestions of activities which will be used by IMARA to achieve the laid down objectives in next coming years and or next partnership.
Participants were divided into groups to go do
interviews with various people in villages, churches, mosques, government and
schools to take the various comments and responses from the people there, and it was successful exercise due to positive responses from the community at large.
The workshop divided into three days for the large group which involves different people form different cadre and two days for IMARA staffs only to discuss their issues concerning Plans, Targets and various activities for the program and future implementation.

Two days workshop brought us to the good point where by we got a target for Home Based Care which says that " IMPROVED HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AND AIDS PHYSICAL, MENTAL. SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL" and various activities for HBC based on the target for the future implementation of the program.

The workshop was good for the Organization due the reason that when you evaluate what you did previous will direct you to improve your service next time.
